RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you receive your shipment and find that the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, we’ll immediately make it right.

Contact us within 14 days of your purchase at  customerservice@theseritajakeshomecollection.com and we’ll remedy the situation quickly. If however, you receive your purchase and it’s just not right for you, products that are new and still within their original packaging can be returned within 14 days.

Please contact us at customerservice@theseritajakeshomecollection.com for a return label. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from refund once products are received back in good condition at our warehouse.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Each new order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. In stock products are shipped from our warehouse in 2-3 business days from date of purchase. Once shipped you should receive your order in 3-5 business days.

International Orders will be shipped via DHL. Estimated arrival time is disclosed during checkout and is based on location and carrier.

Please note that USPS shipping delays may effect delivery times.
